Piraeus Bank Loan to value: Up to 75% Lending criteria: Based on affordability as well as rental potential. Pre-completion drawdown? Completed properties only Type: Repayment only. Term: 5 – 25 years. Interest rate: 7.25% (Capital & Interest) & 7.45% (Interest only)

Economic & Investment Bank Loan to value: Up to 75% Lending criteria: Based on affordability. Pre-completion drawdown? Upon roof completion, funds can be drawn down. Type: Repayment only. Term: 5 – 20 years. Interest rate: 6.75% bank variable.

Bulbank Loan to value: 65% Lending criteria: Based on affordability. Pre-completion drawdown? Upon roof completion, funds can be drawn down. Type: Repayment only. Term: 5 – 25 years. Interest rate: 7.58% Euribor

United Bulgarian Bank Loan to value: 70% Lending criteria: Based on affordability. Pre-completion drawdown? Upon roof completion, funds can be drawn down. Type: Repayment only. Term: 0 – 20 years. Interest rate: 0.9% for 1st year followed by 7.95% for term or 5.95% for 3 years or 7.95% for term bank variable or 6.25% for term.
